Bright is expanding its Commercial team in Stockholm, and we’re looking for a self-driven and proactive Customer Success Manager to help our clients unlock the full potential of our platform, drive engagement, and support their own customers in transforming energy usage.

About the role
In 2025, you will focus on driving commercial growth by increasing renewals, upselling, and helping customers build strong user engagement. You’ll be responsible for developing tailored account strategies, helping customers succeed on our platform, and working closely with them to drive increased usage and adoption among their end-users. This role combines relationship management with a clear commercial focus, making you a crucial partner in achieving Bright’s growth targets.
This involves working alongside Sales, Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to streamline processes, enhance coordination, and reduce friction points for our customers. By collaborating across functions, you’ll help create a seamless experience that drives customer engagement and supports our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and managing renewals, ensuring customers maximize their investment in Bright’s platform.
- Partner with customers to boost user engagement and adoption, making Bright’s platform an integral part of their end-users’ energy management.
- Develop action plans for each account with a clear growth agenda, focusing on account renewals, expansions, and increased user adoption.
- Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and provide seamless account management.
- Plan and lead webinars to engage customers and share best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers effectively engage their end-users, expand platform adoption, and support the green energy transition.
About you
We’re looking for a resourceful and adaptable professional who is comfortable navigating change and focused on driving customer success through collaboration. You’re commercially savvy, with a keen focus on customer advocacy and relationship-building.
As a proactive listener and creative problem-solver, you’re quick to spot opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that benefit both customers and our organization. With a strategic and empathetic approach, you excel at building valuable relationships while keeping a critical eye on what drives growth and engagement.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with working experience in customer success or account management
- Experience in driving upselling, renewals, and achieving revenue growth within customer accounts.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset that allows you to drive work independently and handle complex challenges.
- A process improvement focus, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Swedish; knowledge of additional Nordic languages (e.g. Norwegian and Finnish) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Utility/Energy industry is a plus
