Applying to Bright is straightforward. You only need to submit your CV or LinkedIn profile, accompanied by a few tailored screening questions for the role you're interested in. We believe in simplicity—no lengthy forms or unnecessary complexity. Once you hit that submit button, our People team takes the time to review each one with care and consideration.
We value getting to know each other properly, which is why our interview process typically consists of three rounds:
Initial Phone Call: We start with a phone conversation where we discuss your experiences and skills, and explore how we might be a perfect match for each other.
First interview: In this next step, you'll have a more detailed discussion with the hiring manager. It's an opportunity for both you and us to dive deeper and address any questions or concerns.
Case or Scenario Interview: Depending on the role, you may encounter a case, scenario, or coding interview with another team member. Here, we assess your problem-solving abilities and relevant expertise.
