In 2021 we doubled the team, moved into our own office, went from 16 to 23 customers, and entered the Norwegian market. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the Nordic region and we have no plans to stop anytime soon. We’re continuing to expand and are now strengthening our Customer team with a Customer Support Specialist who will have a key role in creating a world-class experience for our B2B customers. About the role
As our Customer Support Specialist, your key focus will be to provide our customers with exceptional support and service. You’ll be leading several improvements in our support such as implementing a case management tool, lowering our number of support issues, and increasing the number of solved issues via self-service. Given the scale-up phase that we are in, you will also be responsible for establishing and continuously improving our processes and ways of working with our support in collaboration with our Customer and Product & Tech teams.
What you will do:
- Give exceptional service and support in Swedish to our B2B-customers through email and occasionally on the phone regarding all system-related issues
- Solve any issues or challenges that our customers experience
- Focus on technical problem solving/troubleshooting
- Provide our tech team with customer feedback for further product development
- Write content to our FAQs
- Host webinars and create self-service material for customers
- Support Customer Success, Customer Manager, and Product & Tech when needed

You are also fast on the keyboard, a problem-solver, and an excellent communicator. Beyond that we imagine that you tick these boxes:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service with support on a tech product, preferably in B2B-relations
- Experience from 1st and 2nd line support
- If you have experience in Github and/or Zendesk and Jira or similar tools, that is considered a plus
- You’re tech-savvy
- You need to be fluent in Swedish, particularly in writing
